About the role: Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base, and have a brand new 17 year old male client in Market Harborough. Therefore, we’re looking to recruit a brand new team of Support Workers to support him. Our client has an acquired brain injury since birth, resulting in him having complex needs. He has epilepsy and regular seizures, gastrostomy tube, non-verbal, visual impairment and he needs support with mobility. He lives in a bungalow on his family home grounds.

When you will be working:

  • Days (8am-8pm)
  • Sleep nights (8pm-8am)
  • Full Time available
