Established over 30 years, Tania Brown Limited are a Clinical Case Management and Expert Witness company offering the highest standards of care and support to clients with serious injuries. We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Case Manager to join our team covering the North West region.

About the role:

In this role, you will work closely with the Clinical Lead to provide guidance and support to Case Managers, promoting best practice and service consistency. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective referrers, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the business. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload while providing support to the Clinical Lead and wider Senior Leadership Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality Case Management services across the business.

What you'll be working:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5.00pm.
  • Hybrid working, with occasional travel to the office in Wigan and surrounding North West area to meet role requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage your own case load of clients with complex disabilities, conducting assessments and setting goals in collaboration with clients and families.
  • Develop and maintain Case Management plans with costed recommendations.
  • Identify and commission appropriate rehabilitation services for your clients ensuring service delivery is effective and managing any issues that arise.
  • Ensure all client documentation is accurate, up to date, and fully compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders, business partners, regulatory authorities and existing and prospective referrers attending networking events as required.
  • Monitor the quality of case management service provision and provide ongoing clinical and professional support to case managers, including regular client reviews and annual appraisals in discussion and agreement with the Clinical Lead.
  • Lead with a supportive management strategy to foster innovation, manage risk, and adhere to professional regulatory organisations' codes of practice.
  • Provide clinical cover for the Clinical Lead in case of leave or illness.
  • Make sure colleagues are aware of the mechanisms for speaking up in ACG and act where required.
  • Maintain your own training compliance and ensure you are up to date with regulatory standards.
  • Adherence to all Group policies and procedures ensuring that all colleagues in the service are aware of and understand company policies.

What you'll have:

  • Proven experience in providing guidance and supervision to a team.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the case management sector in addition to at least 5 years’ experience in a relevant professional field.
  • A recognised professional qualification in a healthcare field—such as Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Social Work—with active professional registration maintained throughout employment.
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to multitask and organise others.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Capable of working under pressure and adapting to team dynamics.
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Skilled at filtering and prioritising information.
  • Capable of building and maintaining positive relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances.
  • Skilled in prioritising and managing workload in high-demand environments.
  • Knowledge of the litigation process.
  • Knowledge of safe recruitment practices.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations is desirable.
  • Understanding of changes in case management arena and expectations of case management provision by different stakeholders.
