Are you ready to take your Expert Witness career to the next level? Following a recent service review an exciting opportunity has arisen to join ACG’s Expert Witness Division as Lead Expert Witness, playing a pivotal role in shaping the growth, reputation and future direction of the service.
What you'll be working
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday.
- 37.5 hours per week preferred, we can consider a minimum of 3 days per week.
- This role is remote but will require travel associated with the needs of the role and management meetings.

What you’ll have
- The successful candidate will be an experienced Expert Witness or Senior Case Manager looking to transition.
- Professionally qualified as a Social Worker, Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech and Language Therapist, or Psychologist.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Structured and logical thinking style that is comfortable operating both at a detailed level and at a directional level.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build therapeutic relationships quickly and have strong interpersonal skills with clients and professionals.
- Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent time management skills and also co-ordinate others when working to deadlines.
- Ability to apply new learning to work situation.
- Must be IT literate and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage difficult and at times, volatile situations.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
