We are Active Care Group, one of the leading providers of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support clients with spinal cord injury, neurological and acquired brain injury to live independently in their own homes.
We\\\’d like you to join us as a Live In Support Worker in the Wales area.
What you\\\’ll be doing:
Our clients have a spinal cord injury or complex care physical disability and they need support to lead independent lives in their homes and their communities.
- You will move into a client’s home and support them with personal care (including washing, dressing and toileting), moving and handling, domestic tasks and social activities.
When you\\\’ll be working:
- Assignments 2 weeks long
- Regular consistent work with rolling rotas
- You must commit to working regularly each month to enable continuity of care for our clients
What you\\\’ll have:
- Kind and caring nature
- Flexibility & reliability – continuity of care is imperative for our clients
- Good communication skills
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
