Come and meet us at the DWP's Job Fair, Kidderminster Job Centre Plus, Kidderminster Library, Market St, Kidderminster DY10 1AB on Wednesday 19th November 2025 between 10am and 12 noon!

Please note we are not able to offer sponsorship for this role and therefore will not be able to progress any candidates who require a certificate of sponsorship to work in the UK.

Due to the continued growth of the business we are expanding our teams of Support Workers. We have complex care support packages across the region and we are looking for experienced Support Workers with a positive and proactive attitude to join us in:

  • Worcester
  • Tamworth
  • Oswestry
  • Crewe
  • Congleton
  • Liverpool
  • Sheffield
  • York
  • Sowerby
  • Northallerton

To start you off on what we hope will be a long career with us we offer a sector leading 2 week training and induction course including face to face training with clinicians and online training to ensure you are fully prepared before you join one of our packages. You will then have regular supervisions and opportunities for further training and development to allow you to progress and grow with us as our business grows!

Our care in the home services support children, young people and adults with a wide range of conditions, including: brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions and neurodegenerative diseases, respiratory conditions and gastro-intestinal conditions, including percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding.
