Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base, and have a new children's care package in a village just outside of Reading. We’re looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our young client with complex health needs in their family home. Our client is a 9 year old little girl who has cerebral palsy, learning disabilities and epilepsy. Full specialist training will be provided.
When you will be working
- Weekdays only - we will provide care Mondays-Fridays
- Term time: Evening shifts (2pm-10pm)
- Non term time: The shifts change to 8am-6pm
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
