About the role:
This role is to work across two children's care packages, doing a mix of day and waking night shifts. Our client in Chelmsford is a 10 year old boy who has autism, epilepsy, ADHD and global developmental delay. We provide waking night shifts. Our client in Hullbridge is a 17 year old boy who has cerebral palsy and complex clinical health needs. We provide both day and waking night shifts.
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
When you will be working:
- Mix of day and waking night shifts
- Chelmsford: waking night shifts (7pm-7am)
- Hullbridge: day (8am-4pm) and waking night shifts (10pm-7am)
- Approx 2-3 shifts a week available - must be flexible for any of the above shifts

Please note we are recruiting a Female Support Worker due to a genuine occupational requirement of the person we support therefore this role is exempt from the Equality Act 2010 Part Schedule 9.
