What you'll be working:
- Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.
- Full time hours: 42 hours per week.
- Working day shifts.
What you'll be doing:
- Smooth day to day running of the services.
- Staff Management.
- Record Keeping.
- Data Entry.
- Support Worker duties at times to support the team.
What you'll have:
- Desirable; minimum of 1 year experience in the Health and Social care sector.
- Desirable; Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
- Great leadership skills.
