What you'll be working:

  • Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.
  • Full time hours: 42 hours per week.
  • Working day shifts.

What you'll be doing:

  • Smooth day to day running of the services.
  • Staff Management.
  • Record Keeping.
  • Data Entry.
  • Support Worker duties at times to support the team.

What you'll have:

  • Desirable; minimum of 1 year experience in the Health and Social care sector.
  • Desirable; Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
  • Great leadership skills.
