Are you a compassionate, reliable caregiver looking to make a real difference? We are seeking Care Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting an adult client in their home in Ilfracombe EX34. This role involves providing support to a client who has a brain tumor, experiences challenges with coordination and balance, has difficulty swallowing, and uses a PEG tube. Comprehensive clinical training will be provided before starting. The client resides at home with her husband and their small, friendly dog. All shifts are double ups, so you'll always be working alongside work colleagues.
What you’ll do:
- Provide compassionate, person-centred care to our client
- Support with daily activities and clinical needs, following training
- Work alongside our clinical team to ensure safety and comfort
- Build a supportive, trusting relationship with the client and family
Shift Details:
- Day shifts: 8:00am – 8:00pm, weekdays and weekends
- All shifts are double-ups
- Drivers preferred
