Our HR Administrator will help ensure the smooth running of the service by supporting the management team and providing an effective administrative and secretarial service to the multi-disciplinary team while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and always taking a professional but friendly approach to duties. Must have previous admin experience working in a care or hospital setting.
What you'll be working:
- Salary - £27,495
- 37.5 hrs per week Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00
What you'll be doing:
- Provide confidential administration support and ensure the HR system is kept updated.
- Ensure all compliance checks are completed in a timely manner and any issues are raised with the Registered Manager and the relevant regional HR Advisor with immediate effect.
- Provide accurate minutes for disciplinary/grievance and investigation meetings.
- Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of all documentation relating to colleague holidays, sickness, and absence.
- Provide regular information to Registered Manager and other relevant line managers on staff sickness, in accordance with Company Policy.
- Under the guidance of the Registered Manager, arrange colleague meetings on an individual or group basis in accordance with Company Policy.
- Be responsible for assisting with the recruitment procedures including liaison with the central talent acquisition and onboarding teams to ensure adverts are posted, short-listing takes place in a timely manner, interviews arranged, and offers are sent.
- Make sure colleagues are aware of the mechanisms for speaking up in ACG and act where required.
- Maintain their own training compliance and ensure they are up to date with regulatory standards.
- Regular contact with colleagues and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to be flexible in communication style depending on the audience and subject.
- Responsibility for the confidentiality, security and accuracy of all records, data and information, whether that is colleague data or that of the people we look after.
- Adherence to all Group policies and procedures and ensuring that all colleagues in the service are aware of and understand company policies.

What you'll have:
- Strong HR Administrative skills with previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience using ITrent and Allocate (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Adaptable and flexible approach to tasks.
- Computer literate with good Microsoft Word knowledge.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal direct supervision.
- This is a fast-paced and varied role. You will need to be someone who can adapt to people and situations.
- Experience within an administrative role.
