Are you kind, compassionate, and looking for a part-time to full-time role that truly matters? We are looking for a dedicated Female Support Worker Driver to join our care team in Billingham, supporting a lovely lady with a spinal cord injury in her own home.

Meet Our Client: I’m chatty, love meeting new people, and have a great sense of humour. I worked in the public sector and value good conversation. I live with my two grown-up sons and would love to be supported by someone who enjoys a good laugh and has a caring nature! She enjoys going out and needs a driver comfortable driving a van to support her with shopping and appointments.

Your Role - What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Helping with moving and handling
  • Assisting with domestic tasks and errands
  • Driving the client to go shopping and attend appointments

Morning support is provided by another agency - you’ll take over in the afternoons.

Shifts Available:

  • Thursday & Friday: 1pm - 4pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 12pm - 4pm and up to 4 sleep night shifts - 10pm-10am (10pm-12am wake, 12-7am sleep night, 7am-10am wake)

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, caring personality
  • Reliability and flexibility - continuity matters to our client
  • A confident driver with Full UK licence to drive the client’s van
  • Great communication skills

What You’ll Receive:

  • Up to £13 per hour
  • £76 per sleep night 12 - 7am (10pm -12am and 7am -10am paid at hourly rate)
