We are looking for a Support Worker required to work with a young woman with a brain injury in the Bewdley area of Worcestershire. The role will involve supporting the client to access the community including social & leisure outings, exploring new activities and enabling her to be an independent individual. The role may also include personal & domestic care.
Previous experience and a full driving licence are essential. An NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in care is required. Competent IT skills are desirable.
What you will be working: 18 hours per week on a flexible basis over 3 days a week.
- £15.00 per hour Weekdays
- £16.00 per hour Weekends
This position requires a fully enhanced disclosure request from the DBS. You will also be required to register with the DBS Update Service. Previous applicants need not apply. Female applicants only due to the nature of personal care required.
Interviews may be held via Zoom/Skype/other such teleconferencing tools, therefore candidates MUST HAVE the ability to attend interview via these methods. Face to face interviews are a preferred method – and meet and greets will be in place after the interview.
