About the role: We’re building a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our female client when she returns to her family home from her care home. She visits every other week for two days — and that’s when you’ll step in to make a real difference. Our client has learning disabilities, global developmental delay, and is non-verbal. You won’t be working alone – every shift is a double-up, meaning two support workers are always on hand. This role is perfect for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and looking for consistent, part-time hours in a supportive environment.

When you will be working:

  • Week 1: Work 2 consecutive 12-hour shifts (Day OR Waking Night) — that’s 24 hours total
  • Week 2: Enjoy the week off! This pattern continues on a bi-weekly basis
