Bank Support Workers (Drivers Essential) – Flexible Cover Role | North Wales
Locations: Caerwys, Mold, Kinmel Bay, Ruthin, Mancot, Flint, Hawarden, Colwyn Bay, Holywell, Broughton. Applicants must be willing to travel across these areas.
Hours: Day & night shifts
Contract: Bank / zero-hours – providing cover for sickness, annual leave, and service needs as required.

Join Active Care Group, a leading provider of specialist care, and support our North Wales teams by providing essential cover during staff sickness and annual leave. This role is ideal for those seeking ad-hoc or flexible work, alongside other commitments. This is not a domiciliary care role. You will be part of a specialist team delivering one-to-one support to clients with complex needs, including spinal injuries, brain injuries, epilepsy, neurological conditions, and learning disabilities.
When You’ll Work:
- Day and night shifts available
- Bank shifts offered as required to cover sickness and annual leave across our North Wales care packages
- Flexible scheduling based on service need and your availability
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting clients in their own homes with:
- Personal care
- Medication administration
- Moving and handling
- Managing clinical equipment
- Shopping
