Working hours:
37.5 hours per week – office based (Albrighton) Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm Participation in the on‑call rota (1 week in 8)

What you’ll be doing:
- Co‑ordinating and scheduling care each week, ensuring clients receive seamless support in their own homes
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to both clients and care workers
- Reacting quickly to last‑minute changes, emergencies, and staffing challenges
- Keeping your Team Leader fully updated on any critical issues
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, with a sharp eye on safeguarding, continuity of care, and regulatory standards
- Communicating clearly and compassionately, even when conversations are challenging or sensitive
- Thinking on your feet, solving problems fast, and helping the team deliver under pressure
- Competently represent the company and maintain / develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
