We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our Healthcare Staffing team at Jane Lewis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in healthcare staffing, recruitment, workforce management or account management who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of National and Portal healthcare staffing clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, high levels of shift fulfilment, and effective operational governance. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, working closely with Recruitment, Compliance, Payroll and Operations teams to ensure staffing requirements are met and service standards are consistently achieved.
Below are our standard working hours but if you are looking for different working hours please feel free to talk to us and we will be as flexible we can around the needs of the service:
- Monday - Friday
- 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid working between home and the Chester office
- Occasional travel to London, Waterloo and other ACG facilities as required
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing relationships with National and Portal clients.
- Acting as the main point of contact for client enquiries, escalations and service reviews.
- Driving shift fulfilment performance and workforce availability across assigned accounts.
- Ensuring healthcare workers are accurately matched to client requirements and compliance standards.
- Monitoring client demand, workforce planning and staffing trends.
- Overseeing timesheet processing, approvals and payroll governance to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Producing and analysing performance reports, including fill rates, compliance metrics and service KPIs.
- Collaborating with Recruitment, Compliance, Payroll and Operations teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, service level agreements and company policies.
- Identifying opportunities for service improvement and account growth.
What you’ll have:
Essential- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within healthcare staffing, recruitment, workforce management or account management.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing high-volume staffing accounts and service delivery.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
- Experience managing national or multi‑site client accounts.
- Knowledge of VMS, MSP, Neutral Vendor and client portal systems.
- Understanding of timesheet processing, payroll governance and workforce compliance requirements.
