Are you looking for a part time role, for Thursday & Friday afternoons (2pm-6pm)? Would you love a rewarding role, supporting our client in his family home in Emsworth and out in the community?
Join our client's journey to independence! We're looking for a compassionate and supportive support worker to be a positive presence in the life of a 27-year-old male amputee. This role involves more than just tasks, it's about building a connection, fostering confidence, and empowering him to live life to the fullest.As a Support Worker, you'll help with practical tasks like managing appointments, filling out forms, and supporting him through his upcoming theory and driving tests. You'll also be there to encourage him in his physical therapy, cooking, and supporting his hobbies like golf at the driving range.This role is about being a trusted companion, a motivator, and a friend. If you're passionate about making a real difference in someone's life and helping him achieve his goals, such as finding his own property, we'd love to hear from you. - Thursdays and Fridays, 2pm-6pm8 hours a weekIf you are looking for more hours, we also have Saturdays (8am-4pm) available with our young teenage client in Midhurst
What we are looking for:
- Driver, full UK driving licenceGood written English due to support with admin and filling in forms
