We’d like you to join us as a Clinical Team Leader - RMN at our service Ivetsey Bank in Stafford. Ivetsey Bank Hospital is a Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) hospital for young people aged 12-18 with a diagnosed mental health condition. We’re committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy and empowered, enabling them to live the best life possible.
What you’ll be working: We’re flexible, so you’ll work a total of 37.62 hours per week, on a rota basis.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensuring the provision of high quality individualised person-centred standards of care are delivered to all patients.
- Ensuring the effective supervision and development of staff.
- Working and acting as a key member of the team, supporting each patient with achieving their planned outcomes.
- Acting as the lead nurse in the assessment, implementation of care through to point of discharge.
- Taking charge of the clinical area.
- Taking a lead on developing and maintaining communication with patients, relatives, families and carers.
- Adopting a flexible approach to hours of duty, in order to meet the needs of the service over a 24 hour period.
- Working according to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
What you’ll have:
- A current NMC Pin registration.
- A legal right to work in the U.K.
- CAMHS Experience Desirable
