Job Description
JSP specialises in providing case management services for people who have suffered brain injuries or have other debilitating disabilities. We currently provide services throughout the Midlands, Northern England and Scotland. JSP Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We have an amazing opportunity for a Bank Support Worker to support a young woman with cerebral palsy in Culcheth/Warrington area.
About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to support a young woman with cerebral palsy in the above area.
You will support her with her care needs and therapy programme and to increase her independence, both at home and in the community. Training and supervision will be given.
- This post may include evening, weekend shifts and occasional sleep in duties.
- Personal care is involved
- Post open to women only and employees need a proficient understanding and spoken capacity of the English language – GOR applies.
What you'll be working:Approx. 24 hours per week (shifts to be discussed)SALARY:£15.00 per hour (weekdays); £17.00 per hour (weekends); Sleeps in rates are £12.21 per hour weekdays sleep, £12.21 per hour weekends sleep (sleep ins at weekend rate is those that commence on a Saturday or Sunday; Bank Holidays: All Bank Holidays hours are paid at plus £5.00 on the usual rate for that shift

JSP Ltd provides an essential service to both adults and children who have suffered brain and spinal injury. Qualified staff assess clients' needs and offer individually designed case management and rehabilitation programmes. The company was established in 1994 and is now a successful rehabilitation and case management consultancy, working in close co-operation with the legal profession. We now have five offices employing around 80 staff. We manage over 400 support workers and provide services to just under 400 clients nationally.
JSP Ltd is not an agency. Recruitment of staff for small, personalised care teams is part of our case management service and is undertaken on behalf of individuals using this service.
