We are looking for experienced, compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our agency team, providing high-quality support to adults and children across a range of services. This is an agency-based role , so flexibility and the ability to travel to different locations across Liverpool, Wirral, Widnes, Runcorn, Warrington and St Helens is essential. About the Role As a Support Worker, you will support individuals with a range of needs, helping them to develop independence, maintain their wellbeing and achieve their personal goals. You may work across services including supported living, leaving care, EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) and Autism . Your responsibilities may include: Providing person-centred care and support. Supporting individuals with daily living activities and developing independence. Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Supporting individuals to access education, employment, activities and the wider community. Following individual support plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures. Building positive and professional relationships with the people you support. Managing challenging situations calmly and appropriately. Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and other professionals. Essential Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: Full rights to work full time in the UK An Enhanced DBS on the update system or a willingness to obtain one. A minimum of 12 months' experience working in a support/care environment. Experience supporting adults or children with one or more of the following: EBD / challenging behavior Autism Supported living Leaving care / care leavers A caring, patient and professional approach.
