Work with one of the biggest rising health and wellness podcasts in the UK. We were in the top 1% of videos watched on Spotify last year. The 2025 most shared show on Spotify. The 2025 most‑watched show on Spotify. Just about to hit 100K on YouTube in one year. We are ready to supercharge our growth with a new editor. This is a really cool and unique opportunity to lead the video and audio editor role and have your work seen by millions of people.

Responsibilities

  • A 1‑hour podcast video edit for YouTube & Spotify.
  • An engaging 1‑minute podcast trailer.
  • Short‑form clips for social.
  • Contribute suggested titles & thumbnails for YouTube.

Qualifications

  • Deep interest in what makes great podcast and social content.
  • Understanding of hooks, cliffhangers, and storytelling techniques to capture and retain attention.
  • Video editing proficiency in colour grading, subtitling, sound and Adobe Suite.
  • Ability to create super engaging trailers & social clips (e.g., edits for The Diary of a CEO).
  • Comfortable using After Effects.
  • Super fast internet.
  • Powerful laptop or workstation to handle 4K video editing.
  • Obsessed with constant improvement and making a show better every week.
  • ‘Can‑do’ attitude looking to push the podcast video medium to the next level.
  • Loves making high quality content that will be seen by millions.
