Scope of the Role
As an Affiliate Specialist, you will drive growth for the company through the management and expansion of our affiliate and partnership marketing programs. You’ll own relationships with key affiliate partners, optimize campaign performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to fuel sustainable, data-driven growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company's affiliate program across major networks (Impact, ShareASale, Awin, Rakuten, etc.).
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners ensuring brand alignment and strong commercial performance.
- Track and optimize KPIs including conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, and CAC.
- Coordinate product promotions, campaign launches, and seasonal activations through affiliate channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates, influencers, and publishers.
- Negotiate placements, incentives, and commission structures to maximize ROI.
- Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and eCommerce teams to align affiliate activities with broader marketing campaigns.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and commission payouts in partnership with Finance and Analytics.
Years of Experience:
2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or performance marketing.
Background:
Proven success managing affiliate programs within a DTC, eCommerce, or consumer brand environment. Experience working across multiple regions (preferably EMEA) is a plus. Passion for food, cooking, and premium lifestyle brands preferred.
Tools and Software:
Affiliate network platforms: Impact, Awin, ShareASale, Rakuten (or similar). Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Looker, or similar BI dashboards. Project management: Asana, Notion, or Monday.com. Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
