A fast-growing beauty brand is seeking a part-time Influencer Marketing Assistant to support the expansion of its UK influencer and affiliate programs. This role will focus on sourcing, managing, and optimizing UK-based creators to drive UGC production, earned media value (EMV), and culturally relevant content for a UK-focused TikTok presence.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the UK TikTok creator ecosystem, is highly organized, performance-driven, and excited to work closely with creators to fuel growth in a competitive beauty landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Source, book, and manage UK-based UGC creators and paid influencers to produce content for a UK-owned TikTok account.
- Own and grow the UK creator panel within Tribe, with direct responsibility for EMV growth and performance optimization.
- Oversee UK micro-influencer gifting campaigns, including campaign approvals, creative direction, tracking, and optimization.
- Monitor TikTok Shop UK affiliate performance and support agency partners with deal management, feedback, and optimization insights.
- Manage the UK affiliate Discord community, handling creator communications and engagement.
- Identify UK-specific beauty, cultural, and seasonal trends and flag creative opportunities for the social team.
- Provide guidance on UK-relevant posting times, captions, language/lingo, content hooks, and trending sounds to ensure localized performance.
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships (beauty experience strongly preferred).
- Proven experience negotiating and managing creator partnerships end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of the UK TikTok creator and affiliate ecosystem.
- Experience with Tribe, TikTok Shop, or affiliate platforms is a plus.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple creator initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
