About The Role
As a Learning Support Team Leader, you will act as a lead to our LSA Mentor and Learning Support Assistants providing support with the day-to-day responsibilities.

You will be responsible for completing developmental observations, direct line management of Learning Support Assistants and LSA Mentor, monitoring recruitment needs and retention and training and developmental opportunities.

You will work closely with the Group Learning Support Team Leads and Delivery Managers to provide extra operational support.

This is a full-time (37 hours per week) permanent contract.
