The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Performance Coach to support apprentices and commercial learners within the Adult Care sector - primarily care homes and related settings. This is a learner-centred, developmental role where you will manage a varied caseload of learners, providing tailored coaching, mentoring, and guidance to help them progress through their qualifications.

You will work collaboratively with employers and learners to deliver engaging, high-quality training that promotes confidence, competence, and professional growth in the care industry. As part of our Lifestyles Faculty, you will also contribute to continuous improvement and support the ongoing development of our adult care and Health and Social Care programmes, helping to grow our apprenticeship and commercial offer.

What do you need to be a Health and Social Care Performance Coach at Activate Learning?

  • Proven experience within Care homes/Adult care or broader Health and Social Care sector
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or delivering training
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
  • A GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Desirable qualifications include:

  • TAQA/CAVA, IQA, or a Teaching or Coaching qualification
  • A Level 3+ qualification in Health and Social Care
