About the role: Are you looking to start your career in administration? This entry-level role is perfect for graduates or those seeking their first step into an office environment. As a Group Administrator at Activate Learning, you will provide essential administrative support to internal teams and help deliver excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to internal clients within the Activate Learning Group and contributing towards excellent customer service. This will include general administrative tasks, data input into systems, sending communications, and liaising with internal and external customers.
This is a permanent, part-time position working 18.5 hours per week (0.42 FTE) during term time, based on-site at our Guildford College.
