This is a full-time on-site role for a Curriculum Development Leader based in Farnham. The Curriculum Development Leader will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating high-quality curricula that align with organisational goals and meet learners’ needs. Daily tasks include:
- Collaborating with educators and stakeholders
- Creating instructional materials
- Conducting curriculum reviews
- Integrating innovative teaching methodologies
The role also involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and continuously improving educational offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability in Curriculum Design, Development, and Review
- Experience with Education Planning, Program Oversight, and Stakeholder Engagement
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills for evaluating educational programs
- Proficiency in integrating Educational Technology and Digital Learning Tools
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills
