This is a full-time on-site role for a Curriculum Development Leader based in Farnham. The Curriculum Development Leader will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating high-quality curricula that align with organisational goals and meet learners’ needs. Daily tasks include:

  • Collaborating with educators and stakeholders
  • Creating instructional materials
  • Conducting curriculum reviews
  • Integrating innovative teaching methodologies

The role also involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and continuously improving educational offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability in Curriculum Design, Development, and Review
  • Experience with Education Planning, Program Oversight, and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills for evaluating educational programs
  • Proficiency in integrating Educational Technology and Digital Learning Tools
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of current education standards, trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in curriculum leadership or similar roles within an educational setting
