We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprenticeship Assessment Coordinator to join our Activate Apprenticeships team based in Berkshire. In this role, you will be the End Point Assessment (EPA) specialist, working closely with and providing key support to colleagues, employers and students for any EPA-related queries. As part of your role, you will monitor and progress end point assessments for all Apprenticeships and qualifications, ensuring all processes are fully compliant with Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) funding and audit requirements. You will also help to establish the credibility of Activate Apprenticeships and Activate Business School with employers, learners and partners.
This permanent, part-time role working 20 hours per week (FTE 0.52) and is based at our Bracknell campus, with hybrid working available. We offer flexibility with working days, with the requirement to work on Fridays.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
Alongside excellent administration skills, you will also have a proactive attitude to problem solving and be able to manage a caseload of tasks. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Microsoft apps such as Word and Excel and will be willing to undergo training to use systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. A minimum of GCSE C/4 or equivalent in Maths and English is essential for this role.
