Activate Learning is seeking a strategic Director of Sales to lead and grow its commercial activities across projects, training and other income streams. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborate with the Executive Team to shape and deliver a high-impact sales strategy.

You will build and lead high-performing sales and business engagement teams, forge long-term partnerships with employers and public sector bodies, and drive revenue growth while ensuring alignment.
