Activate Learning is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support SEND learners aged 16-25 at Reading College as part of the Supported Internship Programme for 2026/27.
The role focuses on developing employability skills and facilitating meaningful work placements aligned with each learner's strengths and goals.
You will work closely with teaching staff, support teams and employers to manage the placement journey, monitor progress, and coach students to achieve learning outcomes.
