Activate Learning is seeking a SEND Job Coach for Reading College to support learners on Employability Programmes within the LLDD department. The role is permanent, part-time during term-time (35 hours per week / 0.80 FTE). Salary: £27,848 per year.
You will work with the Learning Company Coordinator to deliver coaching, monitor progress, and mentor learners to achieve their goals, with flexibility to support across multiple Learning Companies as needed.
