Activate Learning is seeking an experienced Front of House Training Lead to run hospitality operations at Reading College. You will plan and deliver training for front‑of‑house learners, oversee guest services, and ensure allergy awareness, food safety, COSHH compliance and time management meet industry standards.
This is a permanent, part‑time role (18.5 hours/week, 0.42 FTE) at Reading College, with term‑time shifts Tue–Thu.
