This is a permanent, part‑time Criminology Teacher position at Reading College, working 29.6 hours per week across four days (0.8 FTE). The post is focused on delivering Level 3 criminology courses and enabling students to unlock their potential.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Successful candidates will have an appropriate professional qualification and/or a degree, preferably with teaching experience.
  • A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred, but unqualified applicants who can inspire learners and are willing to complete a teaching qualification are also considered.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a flexible approach, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage, develop, and role‑model for students.
