You will work with staff and students to raise standards and expectations to support positive behaviour on campus, promoting an "Active Bystander" culture. Working collaboratively with our Safeguarding team, you’ll promote and advocate for internal support services and make referrals to these teams as appropriate to ensure students access interventions at appropriate times in order to remain on programme, achieve, and progress.

This is a permanent, full-time role working 37 hours per week based at our Reading College.
