Activate Learning are looking for a Receptionist to join our ever‑expanding and busy admissions team based at City of Oxford College.

The purpose of this role is to deliver an exceptional front line customer experience, including by telephone and other digital channels, which raises the reputation of Activate Learning and sets it apart from other providers.

The role will predominantly involve meeting and greeting customers and students at reception and signing them in and working alongside the admissions team.

This is a permanent, part‑time role working 27.5 hours per week during term‑time (0.62 FTE) between 8:30‑14:00, based at our City of Oxford college campus. Though the role will be term‑time, we’re planning a start in July/August so that you’ll be prepared for the start of the new academic year.

What do you need to be successful as a receptionist at Activate Learning?

The ideal candidate will be resilient and solutions focused and able to multi‑task. The ability to input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that records are kept up to date and changes are recorded in line with GDPR and our Privacy policies. You will be confident working independently and within a team.
