We are looking for a Projects Officer to support the coordination and delivery of change and strategic projects across the Group, working closely with the Group Director of Change Projects.
As Projects Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are well organised, tracked and reported. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining project trackers and supporting oversight of activity
- Preparing reports and dashboards for senior leaders
- Supporting project governance, including risks, issues and actions
- Collating and analysing information to support decision-making
- Monitoring progress against KPIs and outcomes
- Supporting project closure and capturing lessons learned
- Contributing to the development of PMO tools and processes
This is a fixed-term, full-time role working 37 hours per week, based at our Oxford College campus with a hybrid working pattern requiring 3 days on-site. The contract runs until 31 December 2027.
What do you need to be successful as a Projects Officer at Activate Learning?
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, a good communicator and able to manage multiple priorities. You will have experience of coordination or analysis and confidence working with a range of stakeholders. Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Excel, is essential.
