Activate Learning is seeking an LSA Team Leader at Woodlands Centre, Merrist Wood campus, Worplesdon. This permanent, full-time role (37 hours) leads a team supporting learners with SEND, develops staff and coordinates deployment to ensure high-quality learner progress.
You will drive developmental observations, manage performance, and work with Delivery Managers to strengthen support services. A DBS check is required on appointment.
