We are seeking an enthusiastic Job Coach to join our supportive team at Banbury College. In this role, you will provide tailored support to young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) enrolled in our Employability Programmes, within the Learners with Learning Difficulties or Disabilities (LLDD) department.

As a Job Coach, you’ll play a vital role in helping students of all abilities develop key employability skills through active participation in our Learning Companies. Working closely with the Learning Company Coordinator, you’ll ensure the smooth daily operation of these work-based learning environments. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to support across multiple Learning Companies based on need.

In addition to delivering practical coaching, you will monitor student progress, assess performance, and guide learners in achieving their individual goals and learning outcomes. This role involves working with learners on-site rather than external WEX placements. This is a fixed-term contract covering 17 hours per week of maternity leave until July 2027 at our Banbury College campus.
