Activate Learning is looking for a Receptionist to join our team at The Colin Sanders Business Innovation Centre. The purpose of this role is to deliver an exceptional front line customer experience, including by telephone and other digital channels, which raises the reputation of Activate Learning and sets it apart from other providers.

The role will predominantly involve meeting and greeting customers and tenants at reception, signing them in, and responding to a wide range of queries from customers, tenants and visitors. You will work closely alongside the admissions team and will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as raising invoices and supporting general reception operations. The role is required to provide additional support and coverage of the reception desk during busy periods, particularly over lunch.

This is a permanent, part‑time role working 24.25 hours (0.66 FTE) per week at The Colin Sanders Business Innovation Centre in Banbury - an 8-minute walk from Banbury & Bicester Campus. The hours would include Mon - Thu 12:45 - 17:00 and Fri 09:00 - 17:00.

The ideal candidate will be resilient, solutions focused and able to multi‑task. The ability to input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that records are kept up to date and changes are recorded in line with GDPR and our Privacy policies. You will be confident working independently and within a team.
