An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Officer to join our team to ensure Activate Learning achieves and maintains a high standard of general compliance. This role is crucial in ensuring that Activate Learning excels in high standards of compliance, reporting, and adherence to policies and procedures across the group.
As part of the Compliance Team, you will support a variety of functions, including process reviews, complaints management and task planning. Your responsibilities will also involve creating and updating Standard Operational Procedure Guides, conducting regular audits, and providing responsive advice to the Group Directors through termly audit reports. Additionally, you will support the development and improvement of policies and procedures, liaise with stakeholders, and maintain compliance with statutory requirements.
This is a permanent, part-time role working 33 hours per week based at our Banbury campus, with travel to other campuses as required. This role would work on a hybrid basis, with three days per week spent in the office.
