Vehicle Quality Controller

Location: Activate Accident Repair, 3 Stag Rd, Tunbridge Wells TN2 3BQ

About the role

We’re looking for a Vehicle Quality Control to join our team, and play a key role providing first‑class quality control for all vehicles moving through the bodyshop, acting as a final point of sign‑off before their return to the customer.

Key responsibilities

  • Visually inspect all vehicles in line with the provided job card.
  • Highlight quality issues and liaise with the workshop controller to ensure re‑work is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Accurately complete all quality control documentation to AAR standards.
  • Meet bodyshop set targets, e.g. 10 vehicles per day.
  • Adhere to all BS10125 standards.
  • Work with the site\’s receptionist to ensure that all vehicles are returned to customers within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain awareness of all Health & Safety requirements and lead by example.
