We’re looking for a Roaming Prepper & Paint Sprayer to join our team, and play a key role in maintaining strong operational performance across multiple locations: Tunbridge Wells, Hampton & Kings Langley. Role Overview
Painting and prepping of Motor vehicles
Key responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction in the repair and painting of motor vehicles of all types.
- Carry out such work in a safe and economical manner.
- Observe, recognise and report on vehicle structure and paintwork.
- Accurately use paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment.
- Ensure that vehicles comply with safety standards.
- Attain manufacturers' and/or estimated repair/paint times.
- Report all faults, defects noticed whilst working on vehicles.
- Take care of equipment, special tools and personal tools.
- Occasional travel to other AAR sites when required.
Skills and experience
- ATA / NVQ level 3 in paint spraying.
- PPG paint scheme experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Good decision making / problem solving skills.
- Good health and safety awareness.
- Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician.
