About the role
We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our team, and play a key role in ensuring client visits run smoothly, assisting with facilities management and company events planning. Activate Group is a growing UK business with nearly 1,000 team members nationwide. Key responsibilities
- Welcome all visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring any client visits are planned and resourced correctly.
- Deal with inbound calls to the reception phone and triage or transfer as necessary.
- Manage the administration of staff fob keys, post duties and deliveries.
- Assist with facilities management: overseeing the replenishment of stock; manager requests; external contractor requirements for the Group.
- Health & Safety weekly audit of the site.
- Administration duties including supporting the Operations team on a daily basis, working across all areas of the business.
- Work with the People Team on projects and tasks related to employee benefits, engagement activities and company events.
- Adhoc administration duties upon request.
- Maintaining high office standards. Ensuring all communal areas and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy.
- Assisting with facilities needs across our AAR bodyshops.
Qualifications / Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and evidence of self-motivation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and employees at all levels.
- Customer focused attitude and experience.
