About the role: We’re looking for a Vehicle Quality Controller to join our team, and play a key role providing first‑class quality control for all vehicles moving through the bodyshop, acting as a final point of sign‑off before their return to the customer. Key responsibilities:
- Visually inspect all vehicles in line with the provided job card.
- Highlight quality issues and liaise with the workshop controller to ensure re‑work is delivered in a timely manner.
- Accurately complete all quality control documentation to AAR standards.
- Meet bodyshop set targets, e.g. 10 vehicles per day.
- Adhere to all BS10125 standards.
- Work with the site's receptionist to ensure that all vehicles are returned to customers within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain awareness of all Health & Safety requirements and lead by example.
