We are looking for a Driver / Site Maintenance to be part of our success story.
About the role
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining various areas within the Bodyshop, including the general maintenance of the site grounds and buildings.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the clean and hygienic maintenance of the Bodyshop is to a high standard
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety rules (COSHH)
- Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Grounds maintenance, including hedge trimming, grass cutting, weeding, clearing snow/ice from pathways, aiding skip removal, litter picking and fence painting
- Interior maintenance, including painting, using the floor cleaner in the workshop and periodically applying new lining to paint booth walls
- Responsible for car parks and positioning of vehicles on site, including moving vehicles into the workshop for technicians
- Moving vehicles for total losses to be collected or dropped off and ensuring they are positioned correctly and safely
Skills and experience
- Site maintenance experience in the Bodyshop industry
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
