About the role
We’re looking for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team and play a key role in Activate Accident Repair. Activate Group is a growing UK business approaching 1,000+ team members nationwide. Key responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction in the repair and painting of motor vehicles of all types.
- Carry out such work in a safe and economical manner.
- Observe, recognise and report on vehicle structure and paintwork.
- Interpret and implement technical instruction data.
- Accurately use paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment.
- Ensure that vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to customers, or that faults have been reported and noted on job card.
- Attain manufacturers' and/or estimated repair/paint times.
- Report all faults, defects noticed whilst working on vehicles.
Skills and experience
- ATA / NVQ level 3
- Good communication skills.
- Good decision making/problem solving skills.
- Good H&S knowledge/awareness.
- Good time management skills.
- Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician.
