Shift Pattern:

  • 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am - 5.00pm including 1 in 2 Saturdays or Sundays
  • 37.5 hours per week, 8:00am - 4.30pm including 1 in 2 Sundays

About the role

We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for our customers and take accident reports from our customers, deal with queries, liaise with other companies and agencies and work with other areas of the business to resolve issues. Update and record accurate information using bespoke software and reporting platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Receiving a high volume of inbound calls from Customers and third parties.
  • Using Activate Groups bespoke software and databases to accurately record the information provided.
  • Work within agreed Customer SLAs and personal KPIs.
  • Collaborating with other teams across the business.
  • Communicating with other companies as necessary to resolve queries.

  • Previous experience working in a Call/Contact Centre or Customer Support role desirable.
  • Comfortable with a fast paced and changing environment.
