About the role

We’re looking for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team, and play a key role in Activate Accident Repair. Activate Group is a growing UK business approaching 1,000+ team members nationwide. Key responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction in the repair and painting of motor vehicles of all types.
  • Carry out such work in a safe and economical manner.
  • Observe, recognise and report on vehicle structure and paintwork.
  • Interpret and implement technical instruction data.
  • Accurately use paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment.
  • Ensure that vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to customers, or that faults have been reported and noted on job card.
  • Attain manufacturers' and/or estimated repair/paint times.
  • Report all faults, defects noticed whilst working on vehicles.

Skills and experience

  • ATA / NVQ level 3
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Good Decision Making/Problem solving skills.
  • Good H&S knowledge/awareness.
  • Good Time management skills
  • Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician.
