We’re looking for a client-facing Project Manager who can run a fast-moving portfolio of 15–20 concurrent digital transformation projects across public sector and corporate clients. You’ll deliver a range of digital solutions including case management systems, CRM-style tools, self-service portals, legacy system modernisation projects, integrations, and end-to-end workflow improvements that streamline and automate customer operations.
What You will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple digital projects — scope, timelines, budget, quality.
- Act as the primary client contact, building trust and steering delivery from kick-off to go-live.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions such as:
- Case management workflows
- CRM/contact management tools
- Self-service portals
- IoT-enabled services
- Legacy system modernisation
- Integration and orchestration projects
What You will Bring
- Strong client-facing Project Management experience — essential.
- Comfortable managing high volumes of concurrent digital projects across multiple customers.
- Experience delivering IT, software, workflow or digital transformation solutions.
- Confident communicator able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at every level.
- Skilled at leading meetings, managing expectations and navigating challenging discussions.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Project qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) welcome but not essential.
