We’re recruiting a Customer Engagement Manager to join an established software organisation delivering complex technology solutions to public sector and enterprise customers.
This is a customer-facing role focused on adoption, engagement and long-term value realisation. Working with existing customers, you’ll help organisations maximise their investment, increase utilisation and achieve meaningful business outcomes. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with key stakeholders while helping customers understand, adopt and benefit from the full capabilities of the platform.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts across public sector and enterprise organisations
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Drive customer engagement, adoption and long-term success
- Monitor customer health and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Lead customer reviews, success planning and value-focused discussions
- Promote best practice and help customers maximise platform utilisation
- Gather customer feedback and represent customer requirements internally
- Work closely with Product, Delivery and Technical teams to support customer outcomes
About You

You will bring:
- Experience managing customer relationships within a software, SaaS or technology environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, consultative approach to customer engagement
- The ability to manage multiple customer priorities and relationships simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness without being sales-driven
Most importantly, you’ll be naturally curious and enjoy developing a deep understanding of technology solutions and how they solve real business challenges. You’ll take a genuine interest in learning new capabilities, product enhancements and emerging use cases, continually building your knowledge so you can confidently advise customers, share best practice and help organisations maximise the value of their investment.
